1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (sanitary, plumbing, or kitchen equipment), we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear or damage.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@uncnw.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return instructions.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
2. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Exchanges

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
4. Warranty Information
All eligible products sold by UNCNW come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the manufacturer.
This warranty covers:
